Chris is a terrific service rep...he knows what needs to be done and when it needs to be done...in fact Chris takes his wife car to the same place he works which says a lot about the service! When it came time to pay the bill, Annette was all smiles and easy to work with...when it comes to parting with my money it's always helpful to have a friendly personality with southern charm on the other side of the counter. I've never been a big proponent of dealership vehicle maintenance but Chris and Annette are changing my mind with every visit...Jerry's is fortunate to have them both! More

Check Engine Light My car had an issue with the water pump that showed up over night and caused a quick world of trouble for a car that goes 1000 miles a week! He promised to handle it and within less then a day he had my car fixed, all recalls I wasn't aware of handled and ready to go. They were completely professional. I was so satisfied I have him helping me fix another minor issue with ordering a speaker that another dealership in Roanoke has blown off. Well worth it!! More
