Great Customer Service I noticed that the warning light in my car, kept indicating that there was something wrong with my tires. I thought this was strange, considering that I noticed that the warning light in my car, kept indicating that there was something wrong with my tires. I thought this was strange, considering that I had just taken my car to the dealership in Chantilly to have my tires rotated and inspected. After a week of driving with the warning light on, I made decisions to take it to a dealership to have it looked at. I was skeptical about going to another dealership, considering that my previous experience had not been great, however, I decided to try out Jerry’s automotive. Once I arrived, I was greeted by a gentlemen named Chris Gearity. I explained the tire situation to him and also I mentioned to him that I was having problems with my electronic key. Upon telling Mr. Gearity my issues, he immediately knew why my tire warning light kept coming one. He discovered that the previous dealership failed to properly realign and set the computer gauge that controls the tire function. (This is best way I could describe it, he used technical terms I wasn’t familiar with). Also, he noticed that my car had not had a true Chevrolet oil change, which meant I had aftermarket oil and oil filters on my car. He took a look at my electronic key and had his guys in the auto-shop repair it, so that I could use it temporarily. He then worked with the manufacture to get me a completely new key. While I waited in the customer seating area, he kept me informed on what was going on with my car. His professionalism and great customer service is highly commendable and praiseworthy! Due to Mr. Gearity handling of my business, I will definitely be back to Jerry’s automotive! More

Front Dreiverside Axle leak I had a leaking front driver side axle. I took imy 2013 Chevy Equinox back to Jerry's Leesburg Chevolet on Tuesday 8/4/2015 and Chris handeled the rep I had a leaking front driver side axle.
