I bought a used vehicle from this dealership last year and have had nothing but problems. The vehicle was a 2005 with low miles and I was assured that the car was in tip top condition. Since the purchase of this vehicle I have replaced/repaired minor problems such as, new battery, seat heater, a/c charge, a/c repair, windshield washer pump. The major issues have been extremely expensive such as, Traction control module, catlyc converter, brakes and most recently the transmission. I paid almost $10,000 for this vehicle and have put another $7000 into it in the past year. Please note that when i first got the car i made them aware of the a/c problem and the gave me a reciept for all this work performed on it when all they ever did was charge it. When my wife picked up the car the gas tank was empty( even after i called to make sure there was going to be a full tank as i was promised by the salesman) and the car was dirty. As my wife drove away she went to clean the windshield but the cleaner was empty. I brought the car back to the dealer to have various things repaired but all it seems i got was a bogus reciept of work perfformed because the problem continued to appear. I am extremely unsatisfied with my experiance with this car dealership. I also would like to make aware that we have children and as most people cant afford these repairs. Right at this very moment the car is sitting with a $2,900 repair bill we cant pay. I guess thats what you get when you allow the saleman to railroad you into a car. More

I have been purchasing new and used cars for 50 years and this was my first purchase from a 'used' car dealer. It was an excellent experience overall. The salesman was friendly and curtious. My wife and I spoke with Jim, the owner, and he is not the stereotype used car saleman. He was honest, sincere and above all, a man of his word, which he would prove to me later. We bought a 2003 Durango. Michaud motors went through the entire vehicle, fixing any issues we found. The truck looked great when we picked it up. Shortly after taking delivery, the service engine light came on. Consequently, I could not go for a sticker. I brought it back to Michaud motors and they replaced the entire evaporator system. This is when Jim honoring his word of making it right was tested. He was absolutely a man of his word. Michaud motors got the truck running great and got the inspection sticker. As an additional benefit, Jim let me use a car so I could go to work. This was such a conveinence. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Michaud motors and recommend them highly. More

I went up on Friday to finish up the paperwork and to use my Alero as a down payment on the Subaru. Everyone was so helpful and very nice...no pressure. All this was amazing.. but now the best part. They car had been sitting on the lot for a bit. I picked up the car and no problems. When i got home no problems.. The next morning i go to work the battery was dead. I got a jump and thinking the battery would recharge itself. I went out on my break, this was Saturday, the day after i picked up the car, and the battery was not working. I was working until 8pm that day. I was in a panic as it was now after 2pm. I telephoned Michaud Motors and spoke with Jim.. told him my dilemma. He had some options for me.. the most pleasant person you ever will meet. Ultimately i was close to a Monroe Muffler place and Jim advised me to go over and have them replace the battery.. and he would pay for the battery and labor. OMG.. i was so happy. Who does this? Jim does... well to make a long story short, the battery was replaced, the car started and no more problems. I was comfortable leaving at night, knowing that my vehicle would start.. with a fresh new battery and on a Subaru they are not cheap. So again, thank you Jim.. and also the team that helping to put me in the car of my choices.. I will be referring many customers their way. Thanks to all More
