It's the classiest car I have ever seen and the way it drives is amazing. Oskan, the Finance Manager got me a really good rate and the Sales Mangager Armando showed me every option in the car. It has all the bells and whistles, its super clean, and the miles are low. This car is really in "like new" condition. It has that brand new car smell without the overrated brand new price$. I really like these guys at Michaels Autos and would refer anyone who asked me for a good dealer to go there. More

They were not only gentlemen understandable and accommodating to my financial needs/ worries - they took the time to explain (and show!) me why I should buy a newer vehicle . Seven month's ago I purchase a Mercedes C230 at this location, the whole sales process was a great experience to me starting with the cleanliness of their office to the friendliness of the staff just fo location, the whole sales process was a great experience to me starting with the cleanliness of their office to the friendliness of the staff just followed by their professionalism that just made me feel so comfortable to trust their business. Their willingness and effort to get the deal done was like a fresh breath of air, in this poor sales market were customer service is hard to find.I decided to upgrade my car for more space and of course I wouldn’t trust any other place so I came back for a second great experience in witch Rami started helping me with his great knowledge of the product and friendliness followed by the Finance Manager with his outstanding professionalism.
