A Dealer You Can Trust! After one month on the market to purchase a car I found Michael's Autos on Auto Trader. After some very friendly negotiations with Ricky and Franco I bought a 2013 VW CC. Beautiful car. I Bought it "As is" but the car still had a factory warranty for "Power Train". Right after I pulled from the dealership I had a cluster of lights appeared on the dashboard. I call them and they told me to go back to take care of the problem. After looking at the car they asked me to come back in the morning to get the car to the mechanic. They also gave me a paper stating that they will take care of the problem. The next day I took the car back and after trouble shooting they told me that a speed sensor was bad. They were going to order it and call me back to get the car fixed. On my way home the car started to act up and before I had a chance to call them back I received a call from Franco asking me to go back to them. When I got to the dealer I was told that they wanted me out of the car because the fixing of the problem was going to be at least $1,500.00. Remember, I bought the car "As is". They told me that VW had checked the car before they offered the car for sale so they were going to send it back to the Auction for a refund. After this we negotiated the purchase of a vehicle at a very good price that, in retrospect, is a much better vehicle for me and my family. Franco and all the team members at Michael's Autos went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied. These are trustworthy people you can count us. I will tell people about my experience and will return to them for my future car buying needs. Way to go Team Michael's! Miguel S. More

I was in the market for an Audi A5 coupe and most of the advertisements that I saw had their cars overpriced so they could pretend like they were doing you a favor by "reducing" the price just for you... Yeah, OK! After having 2 separate dealers sell their cars to other buyers despite the fact that I put down a $500 deposit to hold the car for me until I could get to the dealership, I saw a solid looking A5 being advertised by Michael's Auto. I called the dealership and spoke with "Paulie", He was extremely attentive and very professional. I asked him to see if he could work out some type of deal for me on the price of the car and he was very diligent in working with his finance guys to see if they could help me out. Paulie followed up with me even though there was nothing they could do to decrease the price for me. I felt a sense of "genuiness" from him and decided to go take a look at the car in person. Needless to say, I drove home in the A5 that day and I know it was because of the excellent customer service provided by Paulie and the others at the dealership. If you're in the market for a clean solid car, Michael's Auto is a great place to start! More

My initial impression with Michaels Auto was one of too good to be true. Having found what appeared to be the perfect CPO 2011 535i BMW on line albeit nearly two hours away I called to see if the car was good to be true. Surely, if the car was everything it was said to be someone would have bought it by now. When I called I spoke with Frank. After discovering that the car was still there and asking a number of questions (a few like wheel size which he had to go outside and look at the wheels) I decided that I would drive out in a couple of days to check it out in person. Following the conversation I realized that the conversation was not the typical "car sales" talk. Frank was relaxed. It became a conversation between a couple of car enthusiast where he shared expert information not "you better buy it today" pressure. I called to confirm the 535i was still available and drove to Orlando but not expecting to actually buy. It was still a too good to be true situation. Upon arrival along a highway of used cars dealership an oasis of luxury pre-owned vehicles emerged. Lines of late model pre-owed jewels stood out like a Super Bowl championship ring. I was greeted with a genuine smile and firm handshake by Kevin whom I told I was there to see Frank. Frank was just as personable in person and suggested that we take a test drive. Having previously driven an X5, 750 and 640i I pretty much knew what to expect, or at least I thought I did. This 535i incorporated the best of BMW with over 25 mpg and 300 HP. The price was below retail and came with an extended BMW Maintenance Program through 8/2016. Frank, Ozkan and I haggled for about 3 minutes and since I got more than I had expected and they making the deal even sweeter we shook hands and the deal was done. I must admit this was easier than choosing and buying a new smart phone or a high def TV from Amazon. Michael Autos and all of the people who work there have and share a passion for and knowledge of fine automobiles. More importantly for consumers, they have developed a sustainable business model that makes ownership of fine luxury automobiles affordable. I will start every future search for vehicles with Michaels Auto Orlando and urge you to do the same. More

I read their reviews online and the vast majority were positive. Had they been bad, I wouldn't have bothered but I took the chance. I called them up and spoke with Dennis and I'm glad I did. Since they were 600 miles from our home, I worked with him over the phone to work out a deal and placed a deposit on the car. He was patient, answered all of my questions and responded to all of my communication in a timely manner. We flew to Orlando from North Carolina to inspect the car and ended up purchasing it. Dennis had truthfully represented the car and it was exactly has he had described. It was beautiful, well maintained and in excellent shape. They had fixed a few minor things on the car (trunk release mechanism, oil change, detailed engine, inside and outside) before purchase to make sure it was all in working order. He and the Michaels Auto team had the car ready for us and made the deal and paperwork go quickly and smoothly. They even kept it garaged for a couple of weeks until we could come pick it up. I feel like he went the extra mile to make this deal happen and treated us very nicely (even picked us up at the airport and bought us take out while we were doing the paperwork). We drove the car for a few days around Orlando and then back to NC without any issues. Used car dealerships get a bad rap and many for a good reason, but in my experience, Dennis and Michaels Autos are much better than the stereotypical used card dealer. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Dennis or Michaels Auto. More
