I came across the GM Franco first who help me set eyes on a 2009 Accord. I actually had no interest in an Accord,being me myself have been a BMW driver, enthusiast, and owner for over 6years now so I was on the market for another BMW naturally. I decided to opt out my norm and took at look at this 09' Accord, Franco ended up getting me a great deal on it gave the assist to Tommy a Sales rep who walked me through my options and pros and cons going with the Accord, and how this could help benefit me in the process due to my circumstance with a previous repo that affected my credit critically, it was the more sound choice to go with the Accord but even then I still was skeptic and needed to sleep on it, because I really wanted to be back in what I'm familiar with, a BMW. I slept on it, now mind you I live in Kissimmee so this is a 45min drive to get to Michael's Auto, I headed out about 8am reached over there around 8:45am and since I figured I had 15mins to spare decided to take a look at the lot I was suppose to go see initially which was World Auto next store. They had more then a few BMW's M6,M5,M3,E46,E60,E90 they had a variety selection,BUT what they didn't have was quality,clean, impressive BMW's. I looked over 5 of World Auto's BMW's , one in particular of these was a black 335i 09' listed at $16,995 with 120,000k miles I open the hood before even turning it on check the resvoir tank for the coolant it was absolute filth with not even the bare minimum of coolant in it. I turn the car on give some time rev it, as I let it warm up I go through the menu to see what service codes are popping up first thing I see is the dsb and abs are shooting malfunctions, along with the passenger restraint, transmission fault, and last but not least when I check the oil its 13,000k miles past a oil change and 12,000k miles past maintenance. This does not include the exterior and interior worn out conditions of each of there BMW's I looked at. So much dust, grime, and leakage stains that u can tell these were no vehicles cherished by there owners instead mistreated BMW's not even worthy of being considered such after the immense neglect they must've went under with previous owners. I quickly left went to the shell gas station next to Michael's and and as soon as I get back in the car from buying a ice tea I get a call from Tommy. Before he even utters a word out I tell him I'm literally 1 minute away, that I'm right next store at the gas station. I tell him and Franco,the GM,about what I had just witnessed at World Auto with their BMW's and told them I would much rather do this deal with the 09'Accord with 87,000k miles and build a repoire with them and also to build my credit up so I can purchase my next BMW from them there at Michael's. Because if it's one thing I have seen and witnessed for myself is the quality of vehicle you are getting at Michael's is one of the best no matter the make or model of the vehicle. If this wasn't so I wouldn't have financed an Accord, it was exceptionally clean in and out and under the hood, no leaks, no bad oil ran on for 13,000k miles past is due change, as I said exceptional. I was so impressed with there work ethic to get me into a quality car and to help build my credit up that I even have referred my GF to trade in her vehicle there with Tommy and Franco at Michael's and get herself into a 2013 Sonata. My deal is finalized and my Gf deal is being worked on as I write this review. Bottom Line you want quality service with quality vehicles go to Michael's and let them assist you in getting a hassle free vehicle that's worth being bought or financed. This won't be my last business dealing with the Kidd From Brooklyn (Franco), and the Homie From The Bronx (Tommy). Saluté. More

I was skeptical because I was a full-time student without a job and my credit wasn't the best, but they worked with their lenders to get an income waiver. I couldn't withdraw the full $3k right away but they gave me a deferral to help me with that as well. I went home with the Ford and I'm very happy with it! More

I had started a deal with C****x and was told my vehicle would be shipped in a certain time. When it didn't arrive as promised, I killed the deal and began my search again. I found what I was looking for at Michaels autos and immediately called to inquire about my potential purchase of their 08 335i black/black. Ricky Cruz took my call and was extremely helpful! The one I had called about had sold but he mentioned he had something very similar, a bit newer and more options! He answered all my questions and even sent me several links via text to more photos and service records BEFORE asking for a deposit. The car was a 2010 335i M Sport package!! It was a bit out of my budget but Ricky was helpful to get me a fair price with no trade and amazing financing BEFORE I even stepped into their showroom! I was so excited. ...Space gray/ black interior and only 56k miles I quickly secured the car for myself! Ricky again was never pushy and even followed up later to confirm our apt and see if I had more questions before I came in. I got there at 930a and explained I had to pick up my kids by 1130a Ricky was a fantastic steward of my time and had the vehicle ready so we hopped in the car and went for a spin. We get back and Oscar, finance, had all my paperwork ready and was very fast and helpful. I was finished by 10:45a new keys in hand!! I would go back to Ricky and Oscar anytime I needed another vehicle! Their selection is top notch and very clean! I've always been hesitant about mom and pop dealers but Michael's Autos staff really made me feel quite comfortable and it was a true pleasure doing business with them. Heck, it's been two weeks since I picked up my new car and Ricky has text me several times to check on me and make sure I was happy with my purchase! A true salesman follows up after the deal too and Ricky is truly a master of his craft! Thank you soooo much I love my car!!! More
