I live in a different state, but bought a car at Michael's Subaru while visiting my son who lives there. They have been NOTHING BUT DIFFICULT since the purchases! They told me they would Fed-Ex my p Michael's Subaru while visiting my son who lives there. They have been NOTHING BUT DIFFICULT since the purchases! They told me they would Fed-Ex my paperwork to my DMV overnight. Which they did not do. So I had to drive home on an illegal tag. Fortunately I did not get stopped. I have called multiple days & times just to get info on my roadside assistance & extended warranty, because they gave me no paperwork on these items. They DO NOT RETURN MY CALLS!!! More
