Without much detail, they tried to give me the shaft and I walked. I called Michael VW and spoke with Anthony Schempre who was my salesperson. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and got me more than what I wanted. I went in thinking I would leave with a Jetta considering the down payment I had and the monthly payment I wanted. Anthony was able to get me into a 2015 Passat TSI in a great color and in a hassle-free manner. I was expecting things to possible go awry in finance. To my surprise, this part of the process was also very good. Jerome in finance was also amazing. I cannot recommend Anthony enough.
