I will preface this by saying I am a nursing student who works full time with two kids and a wife to support. I sold the deathtrap of a car with a rotted out subframe and major oil leak that I pretty much threw away $15k on because the car was worth trash on trade in comparison to what I paid with all these unknown issues from Michael and Sons I did call and cancel the $2,600 warranty contract since it didn’t cover any of the major damage they failed to disclose on the vehicle. The warranty company refunded the dealer what I paid for the warranty which is money that is due back to me as per the warranty contract. The owners only concern is cursing me out whenever I call and promising to give me the money but never actually following through. I have three months worth of text messages directly with him you can read on Google for a six month long episode of promised refunds. This guy is a white collar crook and belongs in jail. Take your business somewhere with a little less blatant disrespect, lack of care, criminality and possibly somewhere with human morals. Do not buy here. The cars are junk and the customer service is worse! Oh, the car even broke down on our way home to NY. We were stuck on the side of the highway. Called the dealer. They said to call the warranty company! The warranty doesn’t kick in for thirty days from purchase and they would do nothing at all to help! So I had the car towed to find the fuel gauge sensor in the tank broken as well. These guys need to be shut down. Like now. More
