The salesman that we were supposed to We came to Michael Hohl Subaru in Carson city to buy a new family car, we made an appoint after THEY called US. The salesman that we were supposed to meet with was already with a customer and we came in on time. So after we weren’t greeted or helped for almost 20 mins, someone told him we were there, he went to get the keys to test drive the car we were interested in. After 10/15min of waiting he comes back with a different salesman and tells us he can’t help us but this one can and that the car we were interested in was already sold that day. We brought up more cars and the new salesman left us again to look for the keys coming back saying they were all sold. So he tries to sell us a brand new car which we explained the cost we were in the market for. He tells us someone just traded one of the models we wanted and to leave and come back in an hour. We ask the price they will list this one at and it’s out of our range so he just tells us to leave and comeback. We never came back in fact we went to Dolan Toyota in Reno where we were treated with such kindness and professionalism. Ended up with. Beautiful used car that were in love with. Skip Michael Hohl Subaru. They’re unprofessional, rude and won’t leave you alone if you walk away after they treated you like your business is worthless. 0 stars and GO TO DOLAN AUTO GROUP!!! More
