I contacted the dealership and spoke with Chris Hawes since Mr. Kronick was out of the office. Mr Hawes worked with me to change my order and I sincerely appreciated that. During the time that my vehicle was being serviced, I was offered shuttle service so I would not have to wait at the dealership with my six year old child. All the service advisors as well as the shuttle driver were hospitable and pleasant to deal with. Before pick up, Mr. Kronick made sure my vehicle was washed and ready to go with my new set of Falken tires. I approached Mr. Dom Cavallaro early Feb 2022 and expressed interest in a 2022 you know about my experience purchasing our new 2022 Limited Outback. I approached Mr. Dom Cavallaro early Feb 2022 and expressed interest in a 2022 Limited Outback. Oh, course the color we wanted was not available. First week of April I received email from Dom that your dealership had received a shipment of Outback. I checked online and saw the car and color we had wanted was on your lot. Meet with Dom and we worked out the paper work along with our trade. Once I took delivery of the outback Dom spent time to go over the outstanding features of the limited Outback. We went for a drive and he showed me the unique features of the Outback. No pressure from Dom He is truly an outstanding person, one can relate to him his interpersonal skills are exceptional.
