Service & parts dept have been kind & helpful in getting new car mats, key fob & syncing the fob. Even tho I realize that incorrectly packaging was not their fault, I made 60 mile trip to pick up cr mat s I new car mats, key fob & syncing the fob. Bit frustrated that I'd have to make another trip in but the parts customer service person offered to make arrangements to be delivered when they deliver to another business in my town. Vehicle special ordered new in May’20, delivered Sep20, had a couple of “new model” problems which had it laid up for a number of weeks but diagnosed and resolved by dealer and GM to my complete satisfacti had a couple of “new model” problems which had it laid up for a number of weeks but diagnosed and resolved by dealer and GM to my complete satisfaction. Dealership made the purchase and delivery very easy by pre-preparing necessary paperwork, and by following appropriate COVID 19 protocols at the dealership during close. Very smooth. As the vehicle was built following a strike, during a pandemic, and with well publicized global supply chain shortages, and it’s a brand new model with many new features - it wasn’t a huge surprise that there were a couple of technology issues that required attention shortly after delivery and which were resolved with a full court press by the dealer and GM factory techs. More
