Sept 9, I left a message for Sondra on the 6. My fault, I did not read "to contact", use the email. You did ask me to contact you. For the record, if necessary, use my phone in the future. I have nothing else to add in addition to my original note. D J should have looked at my requests and right off told me they did not have any solution to the first two issues. Brought in on Friday June 29 at 7:39 am, I checked at 4:15 with DJ and he said they would likely have to keep the truck overnight to finish it. Reality........they never started on it. I called on July 3 and D J said they are now starting on the projected mileage. Hope to finish today. 4:30, called him, they need another day. On July 6, they are test driving it. N P F. Will try again. At 4:30 (Friday) I came in to get my truck after calling DJ. Got there and it was not ready. Nothing done to return my truck. The truck was filthy and had been outside all the while. It did have 12 mile put on it. Why would they have not washed it? D J told me there are no fixes for mileage projections. ;There are no fixes for the GPS. The engine missing problem was a NPF. No points given for Bates!
