EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. I booked an appointment for a service repair on my truck, and when I dropped my truck off, the sales associate said my truck would be done the same day (Monday). He even looked on service repair on my truck, and when I dropped my truck off, the sales associate said my truck would be done the same day (Monday). He even looked on the computer to confirm the part was in. Later that day, I had to call back for an update. They said that the wrong part was in and that it would be done the next day (Tuesday). Called back the next day, and my truck was still not done. The sales associate promised that my truck would be done the following day, even guaranteed it 100%. STILL had to call back the next day as no one was calling with ANY updates. MY TRUCK WAS STILL NOT DONE. FULL OF EXCUSES TOO (Wednesday). Still no updates on Thursday. I WILL NOT BE TAKING MY TRUCK BACK AND WILL BE SURE TO LET OTHERS KNOW OF MY POOR EXPERIENCE. More
Went to Bates for some collision repair on my pick up. Read reviews mostly positive. Pulled into garage sat in truck for a short period and nobody approached me. Decided to get out and sit in a chair against the wall. Seen 2 employees seated at desk and one standing. Was never greeted or even acknowledged. Sat for 25 min. Finally a women came out from the inside and asked if I've been helped. Told her no. asked what i came in for and I told her for some body work. She said she would get the bodyshop manager to help me.....waited a short period and she came back out and said he was with a customer. Finally another 10 min later he came out. Never introduced himself but did give me an estimate. Would have liked to give Michael Bates some business but this experience totally discourages me from going to this dealership for any purpose. Went to Moran...HUGE difference! Moran is currently fixing my truck. More
Horrible service! Had an oil change done today and the girl asked me for my phone number so I gave her my cell phone. She asked me if I was going to wait and I said yes I would be in the waiting room. 2 girl asked me for my phone number so I gave her my cell phone. She asked me if I was going to wait and I said yes I would be in the waiting room. 2 HOURS LATER I walked back to the service dept and asked why it was taking so long. She said she called me. I showed her my cell and I had no calls from her. Turned out she called my house! That phone number was somewhere in her records of me since I lease a car from them. No one came to the waiting room to get me even though they did that for other customers. Not only did I tell her I would be waiting there but she also walked through the waiting room at one point and saw me sitting there!! At at no time they did they even say they were sorry!! Very poor customer service. More
Car sat for 2 days only to be told nothing was wrong! Really? I explained the noise I was was hearing in the front end comes from driving it, not sitting for 2 days. They still didn't hear the noise. $180 later car not fixed, car sat in their garage for 2 days, AND I heard the noise the whole drive home. UNBELIEVABLE! Won't be going back! More
Very expensive service Newer car wouldn't run. Received call with quote from service dept. Presented with a bill $75 higher than what I was quoted, when I returned to pick u Newer car wouldn't run. The service dept. did not tell me they were giving a partial quote, not including labor and tax. Depressing that customers are treated this way. More
