Blew it on simple services I took my 2018 GMC Sierra with 3,600 miles in for 3 issues. They had the truck from June 29 7:30 am until July 6 4:30 pm. 1 GPS is using old info. I took my 2018 GMC Sierra with 3,600 miles in for 3 issues. They had the truck from June 29 7:30 am until July 6 4:30 pm. 1 GPS is using old info. Likely 6 years old. Speed limits and roads shown are wrong or missing. Response...no updates available 2 The calculated gas mileage shown is inflated by and average of 2 or more miles per gallon Response this is 'only an estimate', I can use paper and figure out the real mileage 3 The engine seems to miss under a load when engine is warned up. Similar to the old cars with a bad plug. Response... there are not and engine codes showing a problem. We drove it and 'no problem found'. That is a lot of time to tell all this. They did not repair or improve a single thing. The paperwork was not done until August 3. I went in and got it. More

Thank you Nathan Ward Today I had probably the best car leasing experience I’ve ever had. I had a dealership that I had used the past several times I have leased. Not only did I not have to drive 45 minutes to my usual dealership, but I received a better deal from Nate Ward! He was very thorough with all the details! He made sure I got the deal I was promised. Nate even prayed for my daughter as we were leaving the dealership because she mentioned she was afraid she would “crash it” on the way out of the parking lot. He prayed for her safety! If I could give him a 6 star rating I would! We will definitely be back when our other leases are up. Thank you Nate! More

After visiting a different dealership earlier in the day to shop for a new lease car and being completely disappointed ,I went to Bates to look at use After visiting a different dealership earlier in the day to shop for a new lease car and being completely disappointed ,I went to Bates to look at used cars on their lot instead ,thinking I couldn't afford the new lease prices going on today.I was met by Richard who showed me around the stock that he had and was very informative and helpful about each car I asked about.After I told him I wasn't seeing the car of interest to me,he added that they get different one's in all the time and to check back again soon.I told him I was going inside to talk about leasing and he took me in and introduced me to Nate Ward in new car sales.I told Nate my Equinox lease was ending soon and I was looking to lease something more affordable like maybe a Trax,After the other dear visit I thought that was all I would feel comfortable paying for.Nate was able to cut me a good deal for a new Equinox at below what my current was costing me.Needless to say I was very happy not to have to downsize.They took care of my last 2 payments and I left my old car and drove off the lot with my new Equinox,they took care of everything ! By far.my best experience ever. More
Amazing! I walked in to the dealership about 45 minutes before closing. I'd recently been in an accident and totaled my car. I was in no mood to shop, but had I walked in to the dealership about 45 minutes before closing. I'd recently been in an accident and totaled my car. I was in no mood to shop, but had already been to 2 or 3 other dealerships in the last week. Jeremy greeted me with patience and kindness. He didn't rush me through my questions or pester me to test drive. He asked me about what I needed the car for, what I absolutely must have in my next car, and if there was anything I wanted but didn't need. We talked for over an hour about the possibilities. Compared to my other dealership experiences, Jeremy went above and beyond for me. He found the exact car I wanted at another dealership and told me that he could get it for me by the time I wanted to pick it up. When that car wasn't an option anymore, he helped find me the next best thing. I've been in a sales position for multiple years and have high expectations for customer service. Jeremy and the Michael Bates Chevrolet team far exceeded my expectations. I will be recommending them to anyone I know looking for a vehicle and I will be working with Jeremy again in the future. More
