Retiring at any early age than most perhaps displays my ability to adapt to different kinds of people and situations that ended positively for the most part for both parties involved. Anyhow, this instance was way different then any other car dealership purchase in my life. I purchased a used luxury vehicle with relatively low miles for its year etc. that is in relatively fair/good condition.The great price is what brought me into this dealership. The too good to be true concept was challenged in this situation... The external body with some unexpected imperfections (non disclosed) i.e., clear stickers where the auction stickers were or transport stickers were on the lower side panels of the vehicle on both sides were left and will have to be professionally removed. Before the sales contract was signed an additional key (cost to have one made by dealer cost --$500.00- which will get into detail later on, front emblem (which didn't come for that year) which I paid $25.00 for on my own and the car was supposed to be cleaned inside and out which it wasnt't ( had to hire a professional which cost me $135.00) to clean. A wheel tire cover cap was missing on one tire was missing. Unfortunately they only sell them in 4's, s I had to buy them for $50.00. There is also a chunck missing from the drivers mirror (cosmetic on drivers side - someone hit it and it's not covered under warranty ). A used replacement mirror for $150.00 plus labor cost to install is undermined at this time. The usb cord didn't come with the car (another additional fee) but necessary to connect your iPod. Finally, the key fob which costs $500.00.. (0nly disclosed that one key was available after we signed contract). So in your opinion, after making numerous calls with no promises to make it right ...with 1 request for an additional key to be provided which the sales manager or salesmen , Oscar, promised to call auction to get it for us with no response. So primarily that great price that attracted me to get there in the first place doesn't seem so appealing anymore after this experience. These people are evidence of why car salesman have bad reputations. I wouldn't have had so much of an issue is these issues were disclosed prior to the signing. Of the contract, but they tried to hide them and made empty promises to fix them which they obviously didn't. I left me sick to my stomach a horrilble.. Poor business ethics and practice. I wonder who is writing these reviews..family member, friends. One person can make a difference and I am reporting them to the better business bureau for investigation of illegal business practices.. I am sure I am not the only person this happened to...protect yourself...god bless More

A lot of work but worth it in the end I did all my negotiating over the internet and on the phone. When I arrived the vehicle appeared to be in the condition described in the advertisement. I bought the vehicle but within minutes after leaving the dealership I discovered a previously unknown problem with the vehicle. The dealership committed A LOT of resources and time to fixing the problem and it was a significant and complicated problem. I'm convinced the dealership had no previous knowledge of the problem. There were times that I was frustrated by the staff's slow pace but in the end Miami Motorsports proved they stand behind the vehicles they sell and they sell them at excellent prices. I've had the vehicle six months now and couldn't be happier. More
