Horrible experience, it took the service guy 20 mins to acknowledge me as he was "busy" talking to his peers. After, I find my truck at a shopping center with the service guy EATING LUNCH inside my truck acknowledge me as he was "busy" talking to his peers. They drove it around, ate inside of it and cleared the light alarm. NEVER using this dealer again. More

I didn’t want to take this survey and was just not going to return to the dealer for future service but i received another email and decided to submit my review. I took my car in for regular service on Sat to return to the dealer for future service but i received another email and decided to submit my review. I took my car in for regular service on Saturday, February 4, 2023. Received an oil change and tire rotation and supposedly a full inspection. Drove my car that Saturday evening and returned to spend the weekend at a friends house and didn’t try to turn my car on again until Monday at which time my car did not start. I had to pay $97 out of pocket although I used the Chrysler roadside assistance because of the distance that I was at from your dealer ship. After the car was dropped off that afternoon, I was advised that it was the battery and everything was changed out and covered by warranty. I took my vehicle home at night and was already upset about the fact that my car had literally been at the dealership the previous Saturday and supposedly checked and that nobody caught the battery needed to be changed out. To add to my frustration that Tuesday morning as I am getting on the Florida turnpike because I do a lot of of driving on the turnpike. I realized that half my hood had not been properly latched. When the corner started to flap as i picked up speed . At the time I was going to write a scathing review, but decided not to. I am not interested in speaking to anybody if it’s not a general manager for service. In reality there’s not much you can do for me at this point. I do want to share my story so that you can take back the quality control into consideration when servicing vehicles even if it’s a quick oil change. For whatever it’s worth this is my third jeep wrangler. I drove a 2000 back in 2000 drove a 2018 in 2018 and now I have a 2021. More
