I called 10 times and left two messages over two consecutive days with no response. I called the receptionist and she said "If they don't answer the service phone, there is nothing I can do about it. I work on the Chevy building, not Jeep". At my request, she eventually transferred me to the Service Manager called the Service Manager and left a voice mail, but he did not call me back.
