The service department of Miami lakes auto mall is the worst . My 2024 high country had a recall for some part of the motor I brought it in almost a month ago Nicolas is the one in charge but he never cal worst . My 2024 high country had a recall for some part of the motor I brought it in almost a month ago Nicolas is the one in charge but he never called to let me know what was wrong with the truck and doesn’t give me any type of status I went to the dealer 3 times and he’s never there the manager doesnt do anything. Purchased new car on 5/17. Salesman could not locate second key fob. Have gone there several times, no one has a clue on how to get me another key fob. Parts department says th Salesman could not locate second key fob. Have gone there several times, no one has a clue on how to get me another key fob. Parts department says the ordered the key twice. I still have no key. Mitsubishi manager was less than useless trying to help get me a key. The truth is if my local dealer had the color I wanted I would not have gone to your dealership. I will never buy a car from there ever again and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. In almost 50 years of buying cars I have never seen has horrible customer service. More
