This empty and vapid response mirrors your responses on the same reviews posted elsewhere. It is transparent attempt to disregard the review and comes across as dishonest and lacking professionalism. Reviewing hundreds of your responses, it seems to be a pattern. You had my contact information along with the exact information given above. You had it before I posted the reviews. You were given ample opportunity to respond before I posted reviews. Your first response after I was a initiated contact was a canned ad trying to get me to buy a new car. Your service manager contacted me based on the information in the original email I sent your dealership (after the reviews were posted). He promised to call back with some resolution/response, and I still have not heard back. Do better, be better.
