Bunch of money-hungry liars. I don't care if you have talked to them or not, they are not willing to work with you, and even if you make arrangements with them will quickly turn off your car as if you do talked to them or not, they are not willing to work with you, and even if you make arrangements with them will quickly turn off your car as if you don't need it. I mentioned that I need to change my payment arrangement with them so I can pay my rent, they tell me no only way I can change my arrangement is if I show them that my pay frequency has changed. They don't care what other responsibilities you have and how important they are all they want is their money no matter at what costs. They lie about working with you and being understandable. They are rude and think that you have to deal with them and put up with their crap, I will not recommend anyone to get a car from there, even if you have bad credit. More

Do NOT buy here!!!!!!! I bought a car and less than three weeks later (as in, hadn't even made one car payment yet), I had to take it in the shop for MAJOR repairs (they obv I bought a car and less than three weeks later (as in, hadn't even made one car payment yet), I had to take it in the shop for MAJOR repairs (they obviously sold it to me with issues). They kept the car for over a week - they didn't even start LOOKING AT IT for almost 3 days - and truly did not care that I had to rent another vehicle to get to work. AND I had to pay the warranty deductible on top of that!! So ... on a "new"/used car, I spent $500+ (car rental and deductible) in less than a month just because of their screw-ups. They sent me emails telling me I was late on my payment, etc. WHEN THEY HAD THE CAR IN THEIR POSSESSION. They take their money immediately but don't give a s*** about taking care of their customers. I was told "We have other cars that come in for service". Well YEAH, of course you do, but you FIX THE CAR YOU GOT IN FIRST!!!!! I'm so irritated and wish I NEVER would have bought there. Yes, they put you in a car fast, but you pay out the you-know-what (I'm paying more than double what the value of the car is worth) and the salesman was SO rude. Please - PLEASE - go somewhere else. More

Please i repeat PLEASE do not buy a vehicle from this car lot Mi Tierra Auto Sales 7935 Gulf Fwy, Houston, TX 77017 they will RIP YOU OFF i bought a car from there on (July 21, 2016) and it was a Honda Civic 2010 keep in mind people i am a first time buyer. Mi Tierra Auto Sale wanted $17,000 dropped it to $14,000 and i am to pay $225 every two weeks thats $450 a month for 3 1/2 years and when im done paying the car off i would have given them $20,000 dollars this car is not worth that much you can even check on Kelly's blue book . Not to mention they only have a 6 month warranty so after that 6 month your on your own and its a $100 dollar deductible MEANING if your car get messed up and its something the so call "warranty" will cover YOU will still have to come out of pocket and give them $100 everytime u need something fixed. So this OTHER car lot was offering me a 2012 Hyundai Sonata for $9,000 with a monthly payment of $171 so i went back to Mi Tierra Auto Sale THE VERY NEXT DAY to give back the car and see if i can get my money back the manager Johnny Martinez told me "NO YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE YOUR RESEARCH" mind you i am his customer and this is how he is talking to me so i tried hard to get my money back for a better price else where and they refused. The manger Johnny Martinez was even suppose to call me to get the front of the glass fixed and i still have not gotten a call from them but they can call me and beg for a good review this company is HORRIBLE for business, RUDE and can care less how you feel  DO NOT BUY HERE PLEASE YOU WILL GET SCREWED  OVER !
