Took my vehicle in months ago & was told 2 injectors were misfiring. Did a ?reset? & was told put some miles on it. Next trip, it happened again. Called & was told error light must be showing. Third trip, er misfiring. Did a ?reset? & was told put some miles on it. Next trip, it happened again. Called & was told error light must be showing. Third trip, error light showing, was told injectors were still misfiring to put more miles on it - I said that was what I was told last time. After over 3 hours of waiting, I was then told to leave it. 3 weeks later, still no updates, I went over there & was told they were going to order the injectors. Went to pick up on week 4, & was told injectors wasn’t replaced bc it was actually the spark plugs….I’m hoping that was really it, but my concern is still if 2 injectors have been misfiring & they were ordered, why were they still not replaced….. More

I have been using Metter Ford for 15 years. The technician said he refilled the windshield wiper fluid but this was not the case. I had to refill it when I got it back. Really not a big deal but has me concerned about the rest of my service. Did he really complete the service as reported on the ticket? Something to think about. I really want to believe this was an isolated incident, but I am concerned. More

DURING THE LAST VISIT I PAID FOR "THE WORKS" PACKAGE. THE TECHNICIAN DID NOT FILL THE WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID RESERVOIR. WITH SOMETHING THIS TRIVIAL OVERLOOKED, I AM WONDERING WHAT MASSIVELY IMPORTANT I THE TECHNICIAN DID NOT FILL THE WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID RESERVOIR. WITH SOMETHING THIS TRIVIAL OVERLOOKED, I AM WONDERING WHAT MASSIVELY IMPORTANT ITEMS (I.E. TIRE ROTATION, TIRE LUGBOLTS, TIRE PRESSURE, REPLACEMENT OF OIL & OIL FILTER, ETC) WAS ALSO OVERLOOKED. I ALSO HAVE AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH THE RADIO AUDIO CUTTING OUT WHEN THE TEMPERATURE OR VOLUME KNOBS ARE ADJUSTED. EACH VISIT I AM TOLD THAT FORD IS AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND HAS NO PLANS AT THE TIME TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEMS. More
