Zero communication. My car was picked up around 11 for oil change & detail. No one called to let me know my vehicle wasn’t being returned that day. I was told it would be delivered the next morning. At 11 I called back because I still did not have my vehicle. A rude individual couldn’t give me an answer except we are backed up. My car wasn’t delivered until 2, still with zero communication. More
