Ilaisa was extremely amicable, and wasn't overly pushy, which was nice. But when I told him about the other makes and models I was considering, he didn't offer anything about the Ford I was driving pushy, which was nice. But when I told him about the other makes and models I was considering, he didn't offer anything about the Ford I was driving to sell me on buying it instead of going somewhere else. He also didn't really try to sell me the car at all - no information about drivetrain, quality of build, cool features. nada. We took a very short test drive (no pre-planned route to demonstrate ride quality and the like), at which point I asked him point blank what he could tell me about the car. Nada. Again, very pleasant guy, but he definitely didn't sell me on the brand or the car. I did like that the finance guys offered a very aggressive number on my trade-in. More
