Then I started working with Tony Reyes at Metropolitan Ford, and he made the process easy and low pressure. I appreciate the work he did locating the car I wanted and the competitive prices that Metropolitan Ford offered. Once I purchased the vehicle, Tony did a great job of walking me through the car features. 2014 Fusion Titanium AWD Tony did a great job, first figuring out what I actually wanted. That sounds funny, as I thought I knew on several occasions, but I really didn't, as Tony did a great job, first figuring out what I actually wanted. That sounds funny, as I thought I knew on several occasions, but I really didn't, as there are a lot of choices. Then, he found the car and got it here. The car is beautiful and loaded with everything, just like I wanted. I appreciate Tony's patience with me and for educating me on the available options before I decided on a car, as well as how to use all those features once I took delivery of the vehicle. It's only be 2 days, but I haven't had any issues or difficulty using all the high tech features, including the turn by turn voice guided navigation features and other voice activated controls, radio weather forecast, etc. ...and Tony set up my smartphone to work hands/voice activated in a heartbeat and it works seamlessly. :o) Thanks Tony More

He called me within an hour and said he was done looking and found the perfect used SUV. We returned on Saturday to purchase the new (to us) vehicle. Bobby was a pleasure to deal with. Brandon Johnston was extremely helpful, kind, understanding, and efficient. Car sales people I have dealt with in the past have been over bearing, pushy, and borderline rude.
