When we got there, Ilaisa was very friendly, took the stock numbers I had and got right to work pulling up the vehicle we wanted to see (the other had been sold or taken off the lot). Ilaisa was very helpful in getting information about the vehicle, and even recommended that we take our German Shepherd into the dealership (he was waiting out in the car). The truck drove fine, but the price on the windshield was $2000 more than what we saw online... but, without any hesitation, Ilaisa got that changed down to the price we had seen in the advertisement, and we were in and out in a very short amount of time.
