No response. I emailed a second time and again, no response. I called his direct line and left a voice mail. I called the dealership main number and when I was transferred to him, I got disconnected. I tried calling him a second time on the main number and was put thru to his voice mail. I guess there is no complimentary first oil change or the decency of a reply. More
