Flat Tire and Damaged Wheel Due to Road Hazard Metropolitan Ford was fantastic. I had damaged my tire and wheel by hitting a road hazard. I came into Metropolitan Ford without an appointment. The Service Manager came and introduced himself. Dan Henderson was very proactive in finding a tire for me. Since my wheel was custom, he arranged for three different appointments the following week, depending on when the wheel came in (which was predicted 3-5 days). All this during Christmas week--a very busy time. Then, they were able to escalate getting the wheel, and were arranged to put it on for me the very next day!! Everyone in the facility made me feel like a valued customer. I was totally appreciative of my experience. Thank you! More
