Jordan Rundle was the Service Consultant/Advisor. We did not notice the error until my spouse was home. Not sure who the certified technician. The technician on Mr. Cole's Vehicle Report Card was S. Swirtz. There was no technician's name on the Customer invoice. The invoice number was #278569. More
