Marc Navai is clueless when it comes to cars! Marc Navai emailed me to low ball offer me $4200 for my 5 year old Ford Escape ($70 off a new car over the next 60 months). It's obvious that the offe Marc Navai emailed me to low ball offer me $4200 for my 5 year old Ford Escape ($70 off a new car over the next 60 months). It's obvious that the offer was ridiculous and Marc Navai knew nothing about cars. The car was bought for $27k and has a KBB trade in value for $10.6k. Marc Navai's offer for $4200 for the car was well below it's value and plus it's not that I am saving $70/mo after the car is paid off, I would be paying $374 MORE a month to own a car. I offered Marc Navai $30k cash for my car to see if he really understood a car's value. Without even looking up to see what the car is worth and to realize I wasn't serious, Marc Navai asked for me to come in for them to give an offer. I asked if the offer will be at least $30k and Marc Navai didn't know. I don't know who is training Marc Navai, but it is clear he should not be working in the used car department making offers to people. I do NOT recommend working with Marc Navai!! More

Don't Purchase Here - Lies and Zero Integrity OMG! DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I started dealing with Mick Koch who seemed nice on the phone. As an out of state buyer I reviewed the ve OMG! DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I started dealing with Mick Koch who seemed nice on the phone. As an out of state buyer I reviewed the vehicle with Mike several times. He assured me he was standing at the car and it was Perfect! I was especially concerned about bad swirl marks as the dealerships often have inexperienced kids performing the detailing. Mike assured me it was perfect and there was No Swirl Marks at all. I paid extra for an enclosed carrier to deliver the car to me. The driver unloaded the car and said 'oh my god' I'm soo sorry it looks like they've taken it off road it was so muddy. The driver told me when he picked it up Mike make the comment 'oh my god' I thought this would be shipped on an open carrier so we didn't bother to clean it up at all. Mind you, before the truck arrived Mike told me personally that the car had be 'sent to the detail shop' to be cleaned up prior to shipping. Just another lie. I won't even go into the blemishes on the passenger door, the scratches on the drivers fender, the scuff marks along the passenger side, among other things. I was transferred to Matt the Sales Manager. All I requested was that I take it to a Ford dealership in my area and have it detailed to remove whatever swirls they could. Sales Manager Matt was again very indignant and told me he only mad $20 on the car and could not afford to pay for a detail. Like his bad business practices somehow became my responsibility. Do yourself a favor and purchase from somewhere else. You will find both Mike and Matt to be total liars. One lies and the other swears to it. We are talking about a 2018 vehicle that is less than a year old. All this and all I asked for was for the vehicle to be detailed as it should have been in the first place. I would have preferred zero stars but one is the least I could put. More

Poor Service I just received an interesting e-mail from Metro Ford......."we miss you........you have not been in for awhile" I own a 2014 Ford Escape 4x4 that I I just received an interesting e-mail from Metro Ford......."we miss you........you have not been in for awhile" I own a 2014 Ford Escape 4x4 that I bought new. It started missing when it had about 5000 miles on it. I brought it in to the service desk many times and for this particular problem and many recalls and the mechanics could not find or correct the missing problem When the 36000 bumper to bumper ran out, I brought it back to them because it was still missing occasionally. I thought because I had that problem for so long that they would take care of it.... Suddenly they found the problem, fixed it and charged me about $400, I explained that they had been looking for the problem since I had about 5000 miles on the car and that I thought they should not charge me but they said this was a new problem. I have all the paperwork but do not have proof of the many times I had it in to the service desk and they told me their was no code so they could not do anything but to bring it back when it was missing, I tried that too when it was missing and the mechanic still was unable to fix it I do not remember the employees names that were involved.......there were many.
