They do not honor their extended warranty agreement. I purchased a 2013 Jaguar from them in September 2017, along with their $3,495.00 extended warranty which was to cover 36 months or 38,500 milles. I drove the car less than 10 months and less than 12,000 miles and the engine failed on June 22, 2018. Metrolina INSISTED that the car be towed from the local Jaguar Dealership here near my home in Durham, to their mechanic in Charlotte. They initially blamed the cause of the engine failure on a local Durham auto dealership, then without advising me, had their attorney notify the local dealership that Metrolina would pay the claim under the warranty agreement. As of this writing (March 14, 2020) the car remains at Metrolina Auto Groups Charlotte office, and HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. James E. Dortch, III More

I got the car checked out and it was in an accident I try talking to this people they kept blowing me off Drove it home to wake up the next morning with oil in my garage floor .i took it to the dealer to get it checked out and it was a long list of deficiency’s to the car I bought extended warranty but this people did not turn in paper work for it until a month later I bought the car Feb 9 2019 i spent at least 18k updating this car paid 55k for the car that still does not have tags to drive because they would not send me or the md state the paper work to get my tags STAY AWAY More

BUYER BEWARE!!! They advertised a vehicle for $39,999 miles. We made an offer on the vehicle and they accepted it. When we receive the paperwork it had over 1600 mile They advertised a vehicle for $39,999 miles. We made an offer on the vehicle and they accepted it. When we receive the paperwork it had over 1600 miles additional!! They failed to disclose this. I think they were hoping we would overlook it. In addition the vehicle had structural damage from an accident but they also failed to disclose this!! Buyer beware they are not honest or trustworthy More
