Heath and Mark were great. They helped me find a vehicle that worked with my budget and obtain financing. I was very happy with the vehicle I purchased. I have bought several pre-owned vehicles throughout that worked with my budget and obtain financing. I was very happy with the vehicle I purchased. I have bought several pre-owned vehicles throughout the years so it is important to me that customer service be above average. After a few months I had a car accident and once again called Metrocrest and Heath was happy to help me out and even found me the car I really wanted originally. I was even happier with my second experience than I was with the first. They have also recently opened up a service center and I have had my vehicle in for routine maintenance, installation of the new convertible top for my Miata and a/c recharge. The service department is just as pleasant to deal with as the sales side.
