This is the 5th Suburu I have purchased from Sam Mayer of Metrowest Suburu in Natick, Ma. I now live in Vermont where a Suburu is the state flower....and I still drove to Ma. to trade-in my 2008 Outback for Metrowest Suburu in Natick, Ma. Having purchased an used Audi, Marc has been so good without making pressure and trying to understand what I wanted by satisfying at the end the price I had in mind. Being a woman I expec I had a great experience at Metro west Subaru. I did my homework before I went in with both my trade and the new Forester. Being a woman I expected that the salesman would treat me as if I didn't know what I was doing but what I got was the exact opposite. Matt was the nicest guy start to finish. He showed me all the options on the different trim levels and actually showed me that all of the options I needed were on a less expensive model. He was very patient with me and I would recommend him to anyone. He even came in on his day off to make sure all the paperwork went smoothly when I came to pay for it. If you go to Metrowest ask for MATT he is very patient and kind. More
