MetroWest is near my home so that was my first choice of dealer. Nick Villa was a cordial and knowledgeable sales person. I never felt pressured and when he didn't know an answer to a question, he immediately found it. He was also very nice when I changed my mind from a Forester to an Outback 2 weeks after I signed the purchase agreement. He just drew up new papers and the new order went in. Nick had to check a few things before he could give the price I wanted, but it was quick and worth it. However, that is not the reason he is the best salesman, he is the best because he is a man of his word. The model I requested wasn't in the dealership and I asked for a promise that he can deliver it the day after. Instead of waiting for the car to be delivered, he drove all the way to new Hampshire to get my car and delivered on his promise. It was haggle and stress-free. There wasn't any hard up-selling even with extended warranties. We have purchased quite a few cars and have always had to deal with obnoxious tactics for extended warranties - not here!! We will definitely come back to MetroWest Subaru and would highly recommend them. More

Although I wouldn't say I had a bad experience at other dealerships, the problem that I found was some dealers has good sales people, some offered great price but not all. At Metrowest, I found it all and it was mainly because of Marc and great price they offered. Marc made my buying experience quick and easy with his vast experience in the industry and more than anything, I like his no non-sense back & forth sales negotiating tactics...just straight to what they can offer! I highly recommend Marc; find him once you decide you want Subaru! More
