Joshua took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for and found me an amazing car and deal that surpassed several other dealerships in the area. During the test drive, he thoroughly explained all the features in the car and made sure that I was comfortable with operating them myself. Having leased several times elsewhere in the past, I have felt the "sales pitch" and push to buy from other sales departments. However, I can honestly say that NOT once did I experience this during my interactions with Joshua. I appreciated his genuine approach and willingness to answer any and all questions that I had both in person and over the phone. He truly cared and it showed!
