Great car buying experience I wanted a Subaru, narrowed down the model, year, and option packages I cared to get. Most of the details were handled over the phone and email, and at least one available car that fit the specs was located. When Ia arrived to conclude the deal and get my car, Marc Soloway found another one with the same specs but colors better agreeing with my tastes. The negotiations were quick and smooth. Marc explained very well what I needed to know to start using my car (with this many bells and whistles you need it!), and in 2-3 hours (from the beginning to the end - total) I was driving out in a new Subaru. Marc was helpful arranging other things I needed, including inspection, etc. Initial arrangements were made with Nick Berthiaume (again, great experience), financing done with Joseph Marcus (excellent and quick - got me the financing I hoped for). Metrowest gave me an amazing pri I started my Subaru WRX purchase journey online and started with requesting quotes online from different dealerships. Metrowest gave me an amazing price without any xx compared with other dealerships. Once I saw the great price I was given by Nick and rest of the online team, I decided to stop by the dealership that is 45 miles from my home. I worked with sales person Alvin with my test drive which did not work out because the 2017 WRX ride was stiff and jerky. After leaving the dealership Nick reached out to me and wanted to know how everything was with the process. Nick told me about 2018 WRX retuned suspension after hearing my complaint and we should try 2018 once they arrive at the dealership. Got an email from Nick couple of weeks later about the 2018 models that arrived and were on the lot. I went down 2 weeks later and drove the car and fell in love with it. I had to haggle with the price which I don't like, but we were able to agree on a nice price and became the owner of a 2018 WRX Premium. More

I have found the staff to be honest, courteous and patient. We have been treated like "family", and the staff has been consistently responsive to any of our concerns. In fact, I have so much respect for the staff at MW, I did not solicit any pricing, etc. from any other dealerships for my recent lease. I would like to give special thanks to Marc Soloway.
