Great experience joining the Subaru Family! I had an excellent experience working with Jeff B when buying my new car at MetroWest. He was very knowledgeable about the models Subaru offers, and w I had an excellent experience working with Jeff B when buying my new car at MetroWest. He was very knowledgeable about the models Subaru offers, and was really helpful with any questions I had. I am the kind of person that does a lot of research before going in to look at a car, and Jeff listening and didn't waste time going over things I already knew, which I really appreciated. I've had experiences in the past where a dealership makes you feel somewhat dumb during the process, but Jeff didn't whatsoever, and was really receptive to what I needed and was looking for in my new car. The dealership itself is great, with a nice waiting room. The separate "quiet area" in the waiting area is VERY welcome to someone like me who often gets really busy and has things to take care of while waiting. The other people I spoke with at the dealership were all very pleasant to talk with as well. Thanks for a great experience and helping me get to my new Outback, which I love. The only thing I am not sure of with this dealer is how soon I will be back to buy our second car. I'm eyeing a Crosstrek or WRX. More
