Another outstanding effort on the part of Luis and the team in the Metrowest Subaru Service Department. I called for a same day appointment due to an unexpected tire issue and they were extremely accommo team in the Metrowest Subaru Service Department. I called for a same day appointment due to an unexpected tire issue and they were extremely accommodating and also reminded me that I had free Subaru Roadside Service to change my tire so I could get to the appointment. Luis and I recapped the situation that led to my service request and the team completed the free Multi-point inspection and corrected the problem with my tire. Luis reviewed everything that was done and I felt relieved to know that the issue was successfully resolved. Always a great experience at the Metrowest Subaru Service Department! More
