Sales department is great, but their service department is lousy at best. Recently had to reach out to my sales partner that I purchased my car from last April to get ahold of the service department. My is lousy at best. Recently had to reach out to my sales partner that I purchased my car from last April to get ahold of the service department. My latest issue with the service department is I brought my 2020 Subaru in for its 12,000 mile service in early 2021 and requested a variety of services be completed, of which only 20% of these items were completed (confirmed with a customer care associate). Left 2 voicemails or call back requests with Mike on Thursday 7/15 and still haven’t gotten a call back… They’ve officially lost my business as this is not the first time I have had an issue with their service department.
