My husband and I were looking for a 2021 red Subaru Crosstrek (which are apparently not as available). Marc was super friendly and went the extra mile to make our purchase go as smoothly as possible. Because of the color preference there was a possibility of having to special order the vehicle rather than find one. Marc was able to locate and secure the exact vehicle we wanted from an affiliate dealership the same day! There were a couple of hiccups with trade-in and registering the vehicle (not Metrowest Subaru’s fault-we are from out of state so different DMV and electronic title systems) but Marc always made sure we knew exactly what was going on and what the next steps were. It was a great experience and I will referring anyone looking for a vehicle to Marc and Metrowest Subaru. More
Marc made buying a car easy and actually really fun! I have had tough experiences at other dealerships but not MetroWest. This was our second Subaru from Marc Soloway at MetroWest, so that says something in itself. Marc was helpful and patient with our many questions as well as candid about model/trim availability and MetroWest, so that says something in itself. Sales department is great, but their service department is lousy at best. Recently had to reach out to my sales partner that I purchased my car from last April to get ahold of the service department. My is lousy at best. Recently had to reach out to my sales partner that I purchased my car from last April to get ahold of the service department. My latest issue with the service department is I brought my 2020 Subaru in for its 12,000 mile service in early 2021 and requested a variety of services be completed, of which only 20% of these items were completed (confirmed with a customer care associate). Left 2 voicemails or call back requests with Mike on Thursday 7/15 and still haven’t gotten a call back… They’ve officially lost my business as this is not the first time I have had an issue with their service department.
