Mark Soloway was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a lot of questions and doubts and Mark was very good at answering and helping me to feel comfortable with the process. When my car was delivered I was most impressed with Mark's knowledge of all the features and how to use them. He even called me two days later to see if I had any additional questions.
