Raphael was wonderful ! The only person in the whole place who knew how to show me how to work the voice activation for directions . They first had Mark work with me and it was a waste of time and very impatient and messed up my phone while he was trying to do apple I play when I was there for voice activation NOT to put on my phone . He went and told the service writer he could not communicate with me ! He obviously couldn’t get it to work the way he was doing it and blamed me . BUT MARK is a big talker as others at metro west know !!! Metro West has always been fair with me and I appreciate that . A big thank you to RAPHAEL, extremely helpful and KIND ! More
