Receivership of the vehicle he reviewed the car setup and features with me, handled registration, plate change, an other little things that made our experience first class and everything ready for us to take the vehicle home. We had conversations with the sales manager Chris Sargent who made promises that he followed through on. Made sure we knew to contact him should we have any issues, problems, or needed information. Explain each and answered all our questions, including ones called in later. Later Jon Kent helped us get money credited for a Warranty change since Brett was off that day. Another salesman sent me pictures of my new car when it came in. Just another example how MetroWest employees go the extra yard for customer satisfaction. A True team effort in every way!
