I have a 2020 Bolt that I bought here. The charging mechanism has failed 3 times. So I cannot charge my vehicle!! It runs on electricity!! I am in service now and hear that Chevy has not come up with a fix YET! That is entirely unacceptable!!! The fix is a software fix! It requires hiring programmers to fix or clean up their code!! This is very doable!! This is entirely a failure of Chevy to prioritize their electric vehicle customers! More
If I could give zero stars I would. Had a 9:30 appointment for 2 recalls (thanks Hyundai). When making appointment was told 90 mins. Got there and they lauged and said 3 hrs. 4 hrs Had a 9:30 appointment for 2 recalls (thanks Hyundai). When making appointment was told 90 mins. Got there and they lauged and said 3 hrs. 4 hrs later I call and they say "no update the guys are at lunch". How much longer? No clue. Has it been looked at? No clue. Go in to pick up car and was told "we do the best we can". Avoid at all cost. They do not care at all. More
My car was at this dealer for 26 days this summer awaiting a vacuum pump repair. I finally picked up the car tonight and when I arrived home the parking break would not engage. I can only get throu awaiting a vacuum pump repair. I finally picked up the car tonight and when I arrived home the parking break would not engage. I can only get through to service about 10% of the time I call because they never pick up. I will not be buying a Hyundai again. Now I have to waste my time trying to sort out another repair. More
Today I went in with no appointment at 4PM expecting not much but hoping for the best. The other dealer I bought the Tucson from had like most, carelessly used a tork wrench to jam on the rear license plat much but hoping for the best. The other dealer I bought the Tucson from had like most, carelessly used a tork wrench to jam on the rear license plate, mis aligning and stripping the screws so for 3 years my rear plate was crooked. Vivien Martins was awesome. I told and showed her my predicament asking if they could fix it under warranty. She said no unfortunately they could not but would work with me to cover the labor while I paid for parts. She said the other dealer might fix it under customer sat. She said another quick fix to try was using plastic inserts into which you could then try smaller bolts which would tighten as they were screwed in the plastic sleeves. She walked me over to the parts dept where another awesome person John offered 2 little nylon grommet inserts to try at NO COST! I took them thinking they were way too big and would not fit but HOORAY I snapped them in and plan to get new screws from Home Depot etc and fingers crossed this will be a permanent fix. Otherwise I will return to Vivien and likely have them re thread the holes. If you go here for Hyundai service seek out Vivien. I do not think you will disapointed. More
Avoid if possible for service. First time waited 30 minutes for the car to be moved into the garage from the lot. Asked how much longer. Was told they do not know, they are busy. Walked out. They cram your car into a very small lot between others cars and they zip the cars around too fast in the lot. Decided to give them a 2nd chance. Today parked in service area. No one came out. Walked into the smallest service area I have ever seen as was asked to move so they could pick up a print out off the printer. No where else to go. Standing there and standing there and standing there like I was invisible or had bad BO ignored by 6 people. Looked in offices thinking SOMEONE would ask me if I needed help. Went out to the garage thinking SOMEONE would offer help. Went into the sales area thinking SOMEONE would offer help. Was told "we are busy". Walked out a 2nd time after being ignored. Cannot make this stuff up. How they have survived so long is not clear to me. Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn seems much better. There they welcome you, take you in, honor the time, do the work, thank you and you leave. Not hard. More
I would suggest avoiding them and perhaps working with another dealer or a smaller independent shop. They may be too big and only want to do $500+ repairs. I had a 2:30 appointment for an easy peasy oil change and tire rotation. At 3PM my car was still out in the lot being passed by cars being driven too fast and unsafely by their sales and service people. I asked for my keys and left. If you have an appointment and cannot get you in and out in under an hour for oil and rotation then you are focused on making $$$ on big repairs and do not care about smaller service needs. Lesson learned and will not return. More

Poor Customer Service, The Sales Department was good, however, the Service Department are a bunch of liars and cheats. During an improperly installed engine replacement under warranty, three mounting bolts were not put back in resulting in a rear main seal leak. The Service Manager (Dan) blamed the leak on a fender bender involving the front head lights that had happened a year earlier. He could not explain why the Bolts were missing or why the transmission and engine were about to fall out of the vehicle, but he maintained that it did not result from missing bolts. The Service Department was also aware that my wife was sick and that we could not last without a vehicle, so they immediately offered to sell me a used car at the sticker price. They wouldn't even give more than a few dollars off. NOT HAPPY. More
