I have always had a good experience at the dealership. I do all of my repairs & maintenance there unless it is an emergency. Have my RDX’s infortament system replaced. People is very friendly, and they solve the problem. Had a loaner same as my own car during repairing. Exceptional service every visit. My service rep, Kevin, always goes above & beyond with communication on work that needs to be done on my car.
