A little frustrated As always the people at Herb Connolly Acura couldn't be nicer, I got an appointment the day and time that worked for me and they were able to give me As always the people at Herb Connolly Acura couldn't be nicer, I got an appointment the day and time that worked for me and they were able to give me a loaner MDX. I had the A1 service done. And they look into why lately my 2015 MDX wouldn't shut off, this doesn't happen all the time but it's very frustrating when this happens. They had my MDX for two days and could not get it to happen for them. I know it is no ones fault be its still not fixed and where will I be next time it happens to me, beside frustrated ago. More

Impressive Service! I have lived in the states of PA and NY, and Herb Connolly has been the finest service center I've been to. The service was absolutely impressive. I came in for a B1 service for my MDX and the adviser, David Hansen, took his time to explain to me what it involved. You know your car is being taken cared of when your adviser would personally come in the lounge area and update you of the service progress. Now that is ELITE service! You can always see that they strive for the best and that is what they are - FIRST CLASS!! More
