My mother and I both own Acuras, hers was purchased Certified Pre-Owned elsewhere, mine was purchased new at Herb Connolly shortly after (I was a Honda person, loved my Accord, but it was time for AWD) Certified Pre-Owned elsewhere, mine was purchased new at Herb Connolly shortly after (I was a Honda person, loved my Accord, but it was time for AWD). I serviced my vehicle here first and knew this would be the only place I would bring my vehicle from that point forward, to the point of handling all of the needs of my mother’s vehicle here as well. Herb Connolly Acura’s service department has always been exceptional, both vehicles have been serviced in a manner which services & estimates were explained when bringing the vehicles in, our vehicles are always ready in the timeframe promised by the advisors. My Acura was originally a lease, I have been anticipating it’s ending so I could get back into another vehicle with a manual transmission, which Acura doesn’t offer, however, I’ve recently decided that I will be purchasing my vehicle at it’s lease-end due to the fact that I just cannot fathom doing business with another service department. More

Micheal was very friendly, the waiting area was clean but chairs are very uncomfortable.
