In particular, I have always received excellent advice from Cindy who has given me honest, reliable recommendations and is transparent when explaining the need and cost for repairs. She is very patient when explaining the rationale for any repairs. Cindy deserves commendation for her patience with customers and for the clear way that she explains the details of repair work.
