My first car, an equinox was great for me, but with the economy i wanted a new car that was more gas efficient. It was my first car, that I also obtained from West Metro. I walked in and talked to the manager Lloyd and within minutes not only was the conversation short and to the point without leading me on. I compared their prices and they are the best bang for the buck with the best selection I have seen. I got a g6 when i came in today. I must say hands down the the best part about West Metro is the service. A smile and an eagerness to give information was around every corner. Even questions about carfax and previous maintainence on a used car. I was greeted 30 seconds later with a carfax statement freshly printed. When I test drove the cars were well kept and the salesmen, who aren't payed on commission, just open the door and let you go. It is rare to see the trust and kindness is rare these days. John was extremely knowledgeable. When it took a little longer than though to assure my car passed inspection, 5 minutes after the time it was supposed to be done. John came in, informed us and let us know that was taking so long. That is a sign of service to me. When there is a unexpected delay, because they can't be stopped all the time. They don't deny it or make excuses, they explain the situation and were kind enough to fill the tank for us. My family recommended lloyd and his team to me. Every time I go there, it is friendly service, i have never had to have a repair redone. Nor have I had a complaint about the staff. Lloyd is a great leader, and the team is as elite as they come. No xx, no pushing someone to buy one car or another. Just honest service. If you are looking for one of those rumored honest and good dealerships. Look no further. Its an hour one way to get there. I gladly make the trip each time for the people and the price at west metro auto, Lloyd and his team. More
