Before I visited the dealership I spoke with Dean on the phone and explained that I wanted to replace my current Corolla with a new one, and that my time was limited. He pointed out key relevant issues on the new car, put me on the road to test it, and had an appraisal of my 2006 Corolla. When I returned, he quickly gave me the terms for a new car with a trade, and made the process very effective, to the point, with no needless distractions. Not once did Dean pressure me and he was very knowledgable about the Corolla, the benefits of buying 2010 vs 2011. He was totally professional, positive, and a joy to deal with. I have never bought a used car before and have always bought new cars or trucks in the past. Always thought of it as "someone elses junk"! I had been looking for a used 4X4 vehicle for awhile. I found the jeep on autotrader at Metro-Toyota in Kalamazoo Michigan. I requested information on it one night, the next morning, a man by the name of K found the jeep on autotrader at Metro-Toyota in Kalamazoo Michigan. I requested information on it one night, the next morning, a man by the name of Ken Karakula called me asking when I could come in to get my then present car appraised. Within a couple of days, I was able to take my car in. While that was going on, I test drove the 2003 Jeep Liberty FREEDOM EDITION. I can tell that the team there insures that no lemon's or beaters are brought in. The jeep was very clean and had a very clean Car Fax Report. I will recommend this used dealership to friends and family who are in the market for a used vehicle.
