Great dealership! I travelled to Kalamazoo from Chicago to purchase the car. My wife needed to come in to sign the papers without me realizing it. They generously offered to pay the cost of gas for her to to purchase the car. My wife needed to come in to sign the papers without me realizing it. Committing to such a large purchase is never easy but I can say that Will Kreuger & Metro Toyota did great job in eliminating the hassles often associated with buying a vehicle. We were treated politely & professionally throughout the entire transaction. I can honestly say we never felt any pressure to commit to a deal. When it was all all said and done we had the vehicle that we were looking for at a price that we were satisfied with. The follow up with communications regarding title/registration paperwork has been excellent. I have been informed that my local license branch has the necessary paperwork to complete the "tax collection" process.
