I have returned to Metro Toyota and Mark Kovak everytime I was ready to purchase a new car because of the quality of Toyota cars and Mark Kovak. Mark does not fit the "stereotype" of a car salesman. I visited this dealer from Indiana looking at a 2003 Toyota 4Runner. My salesperson was Troy Rolling. He was extremely friendly and a funny guy. I have visited many dealers and purchased several vehicles before and, I must say, the experience I had at Metro Toyota was the best car shopping and buying experience I have ever had! Most car sales people I`ve delt with in the past seem to have a problem with the truth. They have tried to oversell their products ( cars ) buy telling me lies as an attempt to get me to purchase. I found Mr Dean Kepol to be very helpful and honest. He did not attempt to pressure me in to buying a car nor did he attempt to oversell any of the cars. Also, I had a car that I needed to sell that I didn`t want to use as a trade in. I wanted and needed to sell this car on my own. Dean gave me some good pointers and information in helping to do so. I am a sophomore in college and wanted an SUV within a certain price range. I was not entirely sure which make or model I wanted but I talked with salesman Tedd Shipp about my criteria and he notified me certain price range. When I finally decided on which kind of SUV I wanted,Tedd called me when one was on the lot. He made purchasing this vehicle easy for me and didn't pressure me and was not pushy at all. He is a very hardworking and friendly salesman!! They are all around a very honest dealership and were very upfront with me about every aspect of the vehicle. The price was also very reasonable.
